This New Red Dead Redemption 2 Mod Turns Every NPC Permanently Drunk!

Can you imagine Red Dead Redemption 2 NPC’s falling-over-themselves, vomiting, and, if they’re really unlucky, walking straight off cliffs? Welcome to the glorious chaos brought to you by modder and Twitch streamer Blurbs.

And yes, This new RDR2 mod is as insane as it sounds.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on RDR2 mods, you know there’s already been some wild stuff, from souped-up visuals to mods that turn the game into a laid-back job sim. But Blurbs’ creatio takes the cake for weirdness. He’s managed to make every single NPC in the game permanently drunk, even during those big, dramatic cutscenes.

So, instead of heartfelt moments, you get Arthur Morgan standing there like, “What in tarnation is happening?” as everyone around him wobbles, trips, and face-plants into the dirt.

The result is pure, unfiltered chaos. NPCs are stumbling around town like they’ve been on a three-day bender, often phasing right through poor Arthur when they collapse at his feet.

Can you imagine trying to take the story seriously when an important character is busy losing their lunch in the background?

It’s either going to totally wreck the narrative or give you a completely bonkers new way to experience it.

Depends on your sense of humor, I guess.

Blurb’s Video with this custom mod

Since this mod hasn’t been released to the public yet. For now atleast, you’ll just have to watch Blurbs’ escapades from afar, which might actually be for the best.

I mean, do you really want your emotional farewell to a beloved character interrupted by someone stumbling into a tree and projectile vomiting? Probably, Probably not.

But with no sign of Red Dead Redemption 3 on the horizon, at least this mod gives you a very different way to revisit the 2018 western adventure.

It’s not what Rockstar intended, but hey, it’s a whole lot funnier.
